The Four Words in which all the Goodness are gathered for the Servants of Allaah:

بـسـم الله والحـمـد لله والـصلاة والـسـلام عــلى رسـول الله، وبـعـد Shaikh Abdul Rahmaan bin Naaser al-Sadee رحمه الله said: “(The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم) supplicated to (Allaah تعالى) with four words in which are gathered all the goodness for the servant (of Allaah) in regards to the Deen and the Dunya: اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى، وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى (Allaahumma! Innee as-aluka al-Hudaa wal-Tuqaa wal-Afaafa wal-Ghinaa) “O Allaah! I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and self- sufficiency” [Saheeh Muslim (6566)] Complete Guidance is guidance towards beneficial knowledge, and righteous deeds – that is (proper) Guidance and true Religion. When one knows the truth and follows it; and when he knows the falsehood and avoids it – then he is guided towards the Straight Path (Siraat al-Mustaqeem). And whosoever fulfills the rights of Allaah and the rights of His slaves, then he is guided (to the path leading) towards Gardens of Delight (Jannaatin Naeem)” S

PERFORM YOUR WUDHU CORRECTLY…

Narration of Umar b. al-Khattab radiallaahu ‘anhu that a man had performed ablution, he left part on his foot unwashed (size of a fingernail) Prophet sallahu alayhi wassallam commanded him to perform your Wudhu correctly… (Saheeh Muslim) In another narration, Prophet saw a man praying, back of his foot (size of a dirham (water had not reached) Prophet sallahu alayhi wassallam commanded him to do the Wudhu (ablution) again. (Saheeh in Sunan Abu Dawud and Irwaa al Ghalil) *Note* : He was commanded to do the whole Wudhu because there was break in Continuity as Prophet sallahu alayhi wassallam did not say wash only that part. 📗[Taken from the lessons on “Conditions, Pillars and Obligation of Salah – Shaykh ul Islaam Muhammad bin Abdil Wahhab رحمه الله Explanation by Shaykh Abdul Muhsin al-Abbaad حفظه الله Taught by: Abdulilah Lahmami

Reminder

Shahr bin Hawshab said: “I said to Umm Salamah: ‘O Mother of the Believers! What was the supplication that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said most frequently when he was with you?” She said: ‘The supplication he said most frequently was: “O Changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion (Yā Muqallibal-qulūb, thabbit qalbī alā dīnik).’” She said: ‘So I said: “O Messenger of Allah, why do you supplicate so frequently: ‘O Changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.’ He said: ‘O Umm Salamah! Verily, there is no human being except that his heart is between Two Fingers of the Fingers of Allah, so whomsoever He wills He makes steadfast, and whomever He wills He causes to deviate.’”

Surah Nas Tafsir

Surah Nas Ayah 1 - 3 continued It is confirmed in the Sahih that he (the Prophet) said, مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا قَدْ وُكِّلَ بِهِ قَرِينُهُ There is not a single one of you except that his companion (a devil) has been assigned to him. They (the Companions) said, "What about you, O Messenger of Allah!'' He replied, نَعَمْ، إِلَّا أَنَّ اللهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ فَأَسْلَمَ، فَلَا يَأْمُرُنِي إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ Yes. However, Allah has helped me against him and he has accepted Islam. Thus, he only commands me to do good. It is also confirmed in the Two Sahihs from Anas, who reported the story of Safiyyah when she came to visit the Prophet while he was performing Itikaf, that he went out with her during the night to walk her back to her house. So, two men from the Ansar met him (on the way). When they saw the Prophet, they began walking swiftly. So, the Messenger of Allah said, عَلَى رِسْلِكُمَا، إِنَّهَا صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ حُيَيَ Slow down! This is Safiyyah bint

Whoever Is Trialed With Being Amazed Of His Own Self

Ibn Hazm said: ❝Whoever is trialed with being amazed of his own self, then he should think about his faults, if he is amazed by his virtues, then he should check his disgraceful and vile manners, if his faults are hidden from him generally, so much so that he thinks he has no faults, then let him know that his problem is until eternity, and he is the foremost of the people in his deficiencies and the greatest of them in faults, and the weakest of them in determining his faults. The first of that is: he is a weak minded ignoramus, and there is no fault more severe than these two. Because the intelligent one is he who can determine faults by himself, and he overcomes them and he tries to correct them. A stupid person is ignorant about his own faults: either due to having little knowledge, and his lack of understanding and determining, and his weak thought, or because he regards his faults as noble characteristics.❞ [Collected In 'Akhlaaq Wa Seer', (Page: 66) | Translated By A
